“At least it was the blunt end and not the sharp part of the machete,” my Nigerian colleague grinned as he recalled God’s protection in a hostile country. Rebels trying to silence his witness was just one of many stories he recounted.

Eventually, he leaned toward the camera and said to the to hundreds of college students watching his video message, “I plead with you…don’t give up. Christ is worth it.”

My Florida friends, it’s true…Christ is worth it.

This summer the Teten family is moving to Colorado as I step into a new role as Global Communications Officer, telling God’s story among The Navigators.
